A Place to Land
When loss occurs, or when a difficult diagnosis changes everything, we are often told how we should feel.
But the truth is, these chapters are deeply complex and unique to each person.
You might be carrying profound sadness, intense anxiety, or the quiet exhaustion of caregiving. You might even be feeling relief—a relief that a long battle with illness has ended, or relief from the daily demands of caregiving.
Every one of these emotions is valid.
You don’t have to put on a brave face, hold it all together, or pretend your feelings fit into a neat box.
Who I Support
I work with individuals and families navigating:
Grief & Loss
Support through the many forms grief can take, including grief following complicated relationships or losses others may not understand.
Serious & Chronic Illness
Compassionate support for individuals adjusting to a serious diagnosis or living with chronic or terminal illness.
Anticipatory Grief
Support for the emotional complexity of facing the potential loss of someone you love.
Caregiver Stress & Burnout
A place to process the exhaustion, uncertainty, and emotional demands of caring for another person.
End-of-Life Transitions
Support while navigating the difficult emotions and decisions surrounding the end of life.
Complex Grief
A safe space for grief that feels complicated, unexpected, or difficult to explain.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work together at a pace that feels safe and respectful to your unique story.
My goal is not to tell you how to feel. It is to walk alongside you as you find your way through what you are facing.
